I am a Postdoc in Operations Management at ESMT Berlin/ Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, working with Mirko Kremer and Francis de Véricourt.

I got my PhD in Business Administration from University of Mannheim in 2022, under the supervision of Moritz Fleischmann and Jochen Schlapp.

My research interest revolves around the topics of Innovation, New Product Development, and Behavioural OM.
